-Be responsible for receiving booking,arranging trucking,customs declarations, cargo tracking, settlement and others.
-Doing MBL, HBL, and other related documents, entering the expense & selling rate in system, collecting payment.
-Provding prfessional consulting & suggestion to customers and overseas agents.
-Can deal with emergencies felxibly to make sure exporting/importing smoothly. .
-All documents filing and managment.
-Can solve the complaints and disputes from customers & overseas agents.
