2. Provide the following materials

(4) The packaging UN mark is suitable for filling in the dangerous chemicals that belong to the dangerous goods, which should be consistent with the UN label marked by the actual cargo. If you use limited or exceptions to pack transport, fill in a limited or exception number.
(5) The legal representative or its authorized person's column shall be signed by hand, and it will be stamped by the enterprise.
